REPORTING AND REFLECTING ON DATA
Since 2012, The Motivational Edge has used customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other digital systems to document its work, reflect on progress and refine its approach. From Salesforce to Notion, these systems help us keep track of the work behind our programs.
Data is more than a reporting requirement. It gives our team a foundation for asking better questions, recognizing what is working and identifying where our approach needs to evolve. We use that reflection to inform decisions and keep improving how we serve young people.
